NHS Dentistry

The Kings Dental Clinic is proud to provide high standard dental care and treatments necessary to maintain the good oral health to all our NHS patients all of which can all be carried out in the relaxing environment of both our practices in Hammersmith and Camberwell.

NHS treatments available include:

  • examination and assessment
  • radiographs (x-rays)
  • non-surgical treatment such as scale and polish
  • surgical treatments like wisdom and other tooth removal (non-complex)
  • fillings
  • root canal fillings
  • other treatments such as crowns and dentures
  • referral to a dental hospital for specialist treatment i.e. complex tooth extraction

Regular dental examinations play a significant role in preventative health care. Our experienced dentists at the Kings Dental Clinic will be able to carry out a comprehensive dental examination of the mouth, teeth and gums. Our dentists will give you thorough information and general advice in addition to taking into consideration your needs and/ or concerns to ensure you achieve healthy teeth, gums and a confident radiant smile.

Our aim is to deliver the best possible care for our patients from helping them maintaining their dental health to giving suitable options for dental treatments and cost if applicable.

NHS Fees

Fees as of

Band 1 course of treatment -

This covers an examination, diagnosis (including X-rays), advice on how to prevent future problems, a scale and polish if needed, and application of fluoride varnish or fissure sealant.

Band 2 course of treatment -

This covers everything listed in Band 1 above, plus any further treatment such as fillings, root canal work or removal of teeth.

Band 3 course of treatment -

This covers everything listed in Bands 1 and 2 above, plus crowns, dentures and bridges.

Urgent care -

If you need urgent care, even if your urgent treatment requires more than one appointment at the same dentist to complete, you will only need to pay one Band 1 charge. Read more detailed information about dental emergencies.
